The President of the Protestant Churches:

Rev. Dr. Andrea Zaki, President of the Protestant Churches in Egypt, participated today, Friday, in the ordination ceremony and inauguration of Rev. Michel Nagy, an evangelizing pastor of the Tenth of Ramadan Evangelical Church in Sharkia Governorate. The inauguration ceremony was in the presence and participation of Rev. Kamal Rushdi, Head of Synod of the Nile, and Rev. Refaat Fikry, Head of the Cairo Synod. Rev. Sameh Lotfy, Head of the Pastoral and Evangelistic Work Committee, Rev. Mohy Zaher, Vice-President of the Committee for Pastoral and Evangelistic Work, Reverend Anwar Fahmy, Pastor of the Protestant Church in 15 May City, Sheikh Essam Wassef, Head of Senate Affairs, and Sheikh Nabil Fahmy, Vice President of the Cairo Synod.
The President of the Protestant Churches congratulated Reverend Michel Nagy and his family and the people of the Protestant Church on the tenth of Ramadan.
During the ceremony's speech, the President of the Protestant Churches said, "Spirituality that adheres to the word of God creates a strong believer and a solid believing group, committed to the word, honest, building bridges and spreading peace. The true believer is a stranger to the sinful community. We pray, my beloved, for a life of righteousness before God and true repentance."
