under the auspices of the President of the Protestant Churches in Egypt. The launch of the "Al-Salam" festival in its first edition
"Salam" for short films concludes its activities in the presence of the President of the Protestant Churches in Egypt and the great artist Lotfi Labib.

The President of the Protestant Churches of the "Salam" Short Film Festival:
Real art rereads reality.
Art is the influential force that adds value to things, and we are the actual value, not the material. We encourage and support all artistic experiments that aim at raising the awareness of new generations.
I am pleased with the festival and the success of the Christian Education Council of the Synod of the Nile in organizing and implementing this festival.

The President of the Protestant Churches to Artist Lotfi Labib:
We cherish and take pride in your art and your on-screen message.

Today, Saturday, the "Salam" festival for short films concluded its first edition activities in the House of Peace in Ajami, under the patronage of Rev. Dr. Andrea Zaki, President of the Protestant Churches in Egypt.
The festival's first session is chaired by the great artist Lotfi Labib, under the slogan "Renewal," the renewal of thought and the industry with new inputs and talents reflects on the final product that must keep pace with the times in both quality and style. This will enable us to create a new space for exchanging experiences and presenting new talents. The Christian Education Council of the Protestant Churches, headed by Reverend Ihab Talaat, and the House of Al-Salam in Ajami support the idea of production and purpose.
In his speech at the festival, the President of the Protestant Churches said,
"Real art reiterates and reflects reality, and it is the influential force that adds value to things. We must know that we are the real value, not the material. Today, we encourage and support all artistic experiments that aim to raise the awareness of new generations and support our societies."
The President of the Protestant Churches added, "I am so pleased with the success of the festival, and proud of the presence of the great artist Lotfi Labib, whom we are proud of, his art, and his true message, which is displayed through his high-end artwork."
