Today, Tuesday, Rev. Dr. Andrea Zaki, President of the Protestant Churches in Egypt, participated in the ordination Celebration of the ordination of brother Ayoub Ibrahim Ayoub as a pastor of the Protestant Church in Ismailia.
Major General Sherif Fahmy Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, and Major General Mohamed Nasra, director of the northeastern region of General Intelligence of Ismailia Governorate, Prof. Dr. Nasser Mandour, President of Suez Canal University, Rev. George Shaker, Vice President of the Protestant Churches in Egypt, Reverend Kamal Rushdy, Head of the Presbyterian Synod of the Nile, His Eminence Sheikh Ismail Ahmed Ismail, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments, members of the Egyptian House of Representatives, and Engineer Ahmed Othman, and Ms. Amal Rizkallah participated in the celebration.
President of the Protestant Churches presented the ceremony's speech and said at the beginning of his speech: "I am so delighted and have great joy in visiting the Ismailia Church.
On the ordination of Reverend Ayoub Ibrahim Ayoub as a Pastor of the church, I extend my sincere congratulations to the church people and all the people of Ismailia.
I would like to welcome the Governor of Ismailia, who shares all our joys with all love. He is a unique national figure who serves the country with dedication and sincerity.
In his speech, the President of the Protestant Churches said, "We thank God for our country, and we thank all the nation's partners from all religious, executive, and popular leaders in the governorate, " reflecting the unique national cohesion of the great Egyptian people."
For his part, Major General Sherif Fahmy Bishara stressed, during his speech, his happiness to participate today in the celebration of the Protestant Church in Ismailia. He also welcomed the visit of the President of the Protestant Churches in Egypt, Rev. Dr. Andrea Zaki for the Governor of Ismailia.
The Governor of Ismailia also praised the participation of all spectrums of the Ismaili community, including security, executive, and religious leaders, who are united by true patriotic love that reflects the essence of the great Egyptian people.
Reverend Ihab Talaat, Head of the Education Synod of the Nile; Reverend Shukri Shaker, Head of the Medical Council of the Nile Synod of the Nile; Rev. Makram Rafael of the Evangelical Presbyterian Assembly in Delta; Reverend Ayman Sami, pastor of the Protestant Church in Ismailia, and Rev. Nadi Labib, Pastor of the Protestant Church in Mokattam, and Dr. Rev. Amjad Ayoub, pastor of the Protestant Church in Damanhour, in addition to several religious, political and executive leaders of Ismailia Governorate participated in the celebration program.
