Dr. Samuel Habib, former president of the Protestant Churches of Egypt and founder of the Coptic Evangelical Organization for Social Services, she has moved to the glory of the Kingdom of God today, January 7, 2020.
She lived a pious life in the service of God, was her husband's best partner in service, and gave her life an example followed by generations, and as her parting grieves us, we have hope in our good God, the God of all condolences, and trust in the promises of the Lord, who has overcome the power of death and enlightened to us with the light of the Gospel.
We ask for solace and patience from the Lord, and we mourn all her family members, and all the loved ones whom her parting has hurt. The funeral will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, January 8, at 2:00 p.m. at the Heliopolis Evangelical Church, and the family and the church will accept condolences on the same day, from 6:30 to 10:00 p.m. at the church.
